Ok, let me start by sharing that I am working on my very first cookbook! This book will be a hybrid of beautiful things, including seasonal recipes and most importantly vibrational frameworks that help you make the most of what you have on hand. As a way to test these frameworks and no-recipe recipes I thought it would be fun to explore some of them with you all. Intuitive cooking is something I will forever be a student of, so it feels good to share what I know while exchanging information with others who know the vibes.
About the Club
This club is about exchange, exploration, and finding community that; like you, wants to make delicious food that centers thoughtfulness. In this club I’m going to walk you through the ways that I’m thinking about food. From braising with floral teas, preserving food using salt and acid, to stretching a single serving of an ingredient into a complete meal for a group. My hope is to help you explore these ideas while strengthening your ability to trust your own food intuition, taste, and creativity.
In episode 1 we make a special 1 pot meal, featuring miso lemon pepper chicken thighs. You can also make this s sheet pan meal, by roasting the thighs over the sweet potatoes and peanuts at around 375 degrees until 165 internal temp (40 minutes or so).
